Jim Morrison had a lot of women...of course. Pamela Courson was his "main woman", his long-term companion. This is taken from wikipedia about their relationship:
"At times, Courson used the surname "Morrison" with his apparent consent or at least lack of concern. After Courson's death in 1974 the probate court in California decided that she and Morrison had what qualified as a common law marriage.
Courson and Morrison's relationship was a stormy one, however, with frequent loud arguments and periods of separation. Biographer Danny Sugerman surmised that part of their difficulties may have stemmed from a conflict between their respective commitments to an open relationship and the consequences of living in such a relationship."
Jim met Patricia Kennealy, a rock critic and science fiction/fantasy author in 1969 when she interviewed him and they became friends and lovers.
In 1970, Morrison participated in a Celtic Pagan handfasting ceremony with her. Before witnesses, one of them a Presbyterian minister, the couple signed a document declaring themselves wedded but none of the necessary paperwork for a legal marriage was filed with the state. When Jim wrote her poems and letters he called her "his wife" or Patricia Morrison though. But in his will he left everything to Pamela and in his will he wrote " I am an unmarried person".
Jim also had sex regularly with fans, and it is said that he preferred "chubby blondes".
He ha numerous flings with female celebrities, like Nico from Velvet Underground, Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane, Gloria Stavers(16 magazine's editor in chief) and many others. Nico fell madly in love with him and was very jealous of Pamela and she died her hair red just to get more attention from Jim later on.
Here are some videos, and some interviews with his ladies.
